ALC holds six social events at the beach each summer. Below are our scheduled events for 2024.
Saturday, March 30 - ALC Egg Hunt, 11:00 AM (RSVP to Robin Heraghty at raheraghty@gmail.com - sorry, no rain date)
Saturday, April 27 - Pickleball at SYC, Noon-3:30 PM (RSVP to Robert Maiorano at rmaiorano33@gmail.com )
Sunday, May 18 - Annual Meeting and Beach Clean Up, 2:00 PM
June , date TBD - prepping and painting the swim float day - volunteers needed
June , date TBD - assembling and installing the swim float day - volunteers needed
Saturday, June 29 - ALC Cocktail Party - time TBD - Hosted by Lanark Road. Chairs: Anne Wiegand & Marke Rubenstein
Thursday, July 4 - ALC Independence Day Children's Parade and Breakfast at the Beach - 10:00 AM - hosted by Auldwood Road. Chair: Ali Caravella
Saturday, July 6 - City of Stamford Fireworks, 9:00 PM (rain date: July 7)
Saturday, August 31 - ALC Family Day Picnic - 10:30am until twilight - Hosted by Shippan Ave & ODN. Chair: Wendy Steinberg
[TBD} - ALC Golf Outing at Sterling Farms (morning round, then drinks and passed appetizers at the restaurant)
Saturday, September __ [TBD] - Removing the swim float, 10:00 AM - volunteers needed
Saturday, October 19 - ALC Octoberfest, 3:00 P.M. - hosted by Chesterfield Road. Chairs: Lauren Friedman & Katie Brilli

Come down to the beach and have a picnic where kids can participate in fun field day activities!
ALC Goodbye to Summer Party
This is a fun yearly event at the end of the beach year with a fun theme or activity.
