ALC Inc. is a nonprofit corporation established in 19__.

It is governed by a board of directors consisting of 14 directors, including:

President (two year term)

Vice President

Secretary

Treasurer

plus ten board members at large (at least two from each of the four streets in the neighborhood).

Current board members are indicated in the ALC Directory by an asterisk next to their names.
